Prime Grind is a labor of love for downtown residents, Jeremy Ingram and Parker Martin. With an emphasis on local roasters and a coffee selection that strives for organic and free trade when available; these two visionaries are putting coffee back into the coffee house. Prime Grind serves as a community space for artists, musicians, actors and businessmen alike, giving this location a textural feel. Jeremy and Parker have maintained the need for responsible ownership, bringing in as many local vendors as possible and even driving the back roads of Paso Robles’s looking for this “amazing juice farm” they heard about…they found it! And now our granita’s are farm grown juice’s found just off the beaten path. It is this commitment to quality that propels Prime Grind forward, with supreme coffee, local selections, bio-degradable/green dry goods and a fresh seasonal menu that will leave you wanting more.
